Amy has loved Southern cooking for as long as she can remember — the kind of food that brings people together, slows life down, and fills a table with stories. From warm flaky biscuits to skillet-style comfort plates, she grew up with a deep appreciation for food that’s simple, honest, and made with heart. But behind the scenes, Amy’s culinary path has been anything but simple. She spent years working in some of Orlando’s finest restaurants. There, she learned the craft of exceptional hospitality — the standards, the precision, and the ability to make every guest feel cared for. She saw firsthand how great food can transform a moment, and how genuine service can transform a meal. Those experiences shaped her philosophy: Southern food deserves the same care and attention as fine-dining cuisine — without losing the comfort that makes it special.
